With 15 years of experience in the tax industry and as the owner of America’s Tax Office for over a decade at the same Johnstown location, she has built a trusted reputation for service and stability in the community. Through her tax work, she has helped countless families and seniors navigate financial challenges, secure rent rebates, and gain access to the resources they need.

Beyond business, Lorraine has opened her heart and home as a foster parent, providing stability, love, and hope to children in need. She is also active as a part-time vendor, which gives her firsthand experience of the importance of supporting small and local businesses.
